I used Apollo Relocation Movers and Packers for a recent move. I had a good experience, but some things could be better." The quoting process was straightforward. The sales representative was very helpful in answering my all questions. The team arrived on time and was efficient. But they could have been more careful with some antiques. They were very good at packing our kitchen items. They secured them well and prevented breakages. The transport was okay, and our items arrived on time. There was a slight delay in updates about our delivery time. I wished they had kept us more informed. The unloading was smooth. Their pricing was competitive. But some extra charges confused me later, which weren't in the initial quote. The staff was generally courteous. But the service could be more responsive when I tried to clarify a few issues afterward. They did a decent job. But they need to improve in some areas to provide excellent service. I would recommend them with caution; ensure you clarify all the terms in the quote upfront.
